I’m a Product Designer and Researcher helping to build tools and infrastructure for civic organizations

About me

I’m a product designer and user researcher with 10+ years of experience building tools for campaigns, civic organizations, and government agencies.

My work sits at the intersection of design, data, and infrastructure. I specialize in:

  • translating messy operational workflows into usable systems

  • partnering closely with engineers on technical products

  • designing for scale, reliability, and real-world constraints

Currently, I design infrastructure and data tooling with the Democratic Data Exchange, Trestle Collaborative, and other progressive tech partners.

Before product design, I worked in journalism and media, which shaped how I think about clarity, storytelling, and trust.

I’m also a longtime volunteer organizer, experience that keeps my work grounded in the people actually using these tools.
